My amazing loft apartment for rent. About me: I am an architect who re-designed and modernised this amazing space for own living purposes. After almost completing the project, Ive decided to move and therefore, this beauty is up for rent. Since Ive beed designing it for myself the standard is waaaay above what you have on the market. Wooden chevron floor, Marble countertop, top quality lightning dimmable systems, rare vintage collectors furniture pieces, and many many more. You will fell in love with the light, there are five windows from three sides - E,S,W. The apartment is a dream hence I'm not interested in selling. There is AC, dishwasher, washing mashing, drying mashine and two person bath : ) Who am I looking for: I'm looking for a person/ or pair (with no kids) who can take a very, very good care of my home. Someone who can approximate tidy space and restrict "no house party" rule. Someone who will be responsible to keep in touch and pay the bills on time. Sadly, due to wooden floor there is also no animals allowed policy.
